This vintage Japanese haribako is a practical small sewing chest designed to keep tools and supplies neatly arranged within a compact footprint. The top opens upward to reveal a long upper compartment fitted with a removable divided tray, while the front is arranged with several drawers in graduated sizes below. Brass-tone pulls and a dark wood-toned exterior give the piece a clean, utilitarian look softened by age and use.
