Showa-era tsubo with a rich dark patina and timeless wabi-sabi presence.

This vintage Japanese pot has the classic proportions of a storage tsubo, with a rounded body, narrow mouth, and softly flared rim. The dark brown surface shows a natural aged sheen, giving it a warm, grounded character well suited to traditional or contemporary interiors.

Visible surface wear, small kiln marks, and old abrasions add to its authentic rustic appeal. A handsome ceramic piece for display, it carries the quiet simplicity and understated beauty often associated with Showa-period Japanese ware.
