This vintage Japanese tray dates to the Mid Showa period (1946-1965) and features a broad square surface framed by a low raised rim. The top is finished in a marbled pattern of warm brown, amber, and black tones, while the underside is finished in a contrasting dark solid color. Rounded corners and a slim profile give the piece a clean, practical silhouette suited to tabletop use.
