This is an antique Japanese large blue and white Imari porcelain charger with beautiful hand painted pictures from Late Meiji period (1890's-1910's).

There is Takarabune, treasure boat on the ocean and crane above and Japanese pine tree on the side. All are traditional auspicious motif, great home decor.
