This serene vintage Kannon (Guanyin) statue from the 1950s Showa era is masterfully carved from solid stone, embodying the compassion and tranquility associated with the Bodhisattva of Mercy. The graceful figure is depicted seated atop a rugged base, with a gentle expression and flowing robes, crowned with a radiant halo.
The natural weathering of the stone enhances its antique charm, making this statue a profound symbol of peace and a stunning focal point for gardens or interior spaces that appreciate Japanese spirituality and artistry.
