Vintage Japanese Flower Stand (SKU 25D-225-0)
Showa-era carved wooden hana-ita stand with green stone inset top
This vintage Japanese flower stand is crafted in dark-stained hardwood, raised on four cabriole legs with scrolling feet and richly carved foliate details. The apron is pierced with an elegant openwork motif, creating a refined stage for seasonal ikebana or bonsai while echoing classical tokonoma display stands.
The top is inlaid with a striking green stone panel, providing a cool, natural contrast to the warm wood and a durable surface for vases, okimono, or incense burners. A characteristic piece from the Showa era, it brings an authentic touch of Japanese interior style to a modern alcove, sideboard, or tea room setting.
