Description

Our handcrafted shoe chest, or getta bako, is made of your choice of solid hardwood. Fine detailing including dovetail joinery, butterfly top joints, and inlaid finger pulls makes this chest a handsome and practical addition to most any interior. This tansu, which doubles as a bench, features one (1) removable shelves and sliding doors this functional chest is ideal for organizing shoes, as a media chest, or office supplies.

    A lovely, substantial, quiet piece--both functional and elegant.
