This is a vintage Japanese Samurai Yoroi Kabuto set, armour set from Taisho period (1910's-1920's).

This Yoroi set has a family crest of Maruni Tagai Chigai Takanoha, two crossed falcon feathers which is one of the Judai mon,10 most used Kamon on Maetate, Fuki Kaeshi and Do, also Yoroi Bitsu.

The falcon was Samurai's favorite motif because they are brave, courageous, also intelligent, and Asano is the most famous samurai used this Kamon. This set has beautiful metalworks with chrysanthemum.

This red yoroi set comes in full set and can be displayed with a wooden stand and sits on the storage box. Excellent home decor.
