Vintage Japanese Pagoda, Wood (SKU 25D-001-2)

Showa-era multi-tiered wooden pagoda model with ornate brass fittings and temple bells

This finely crafted vintage pagoda evokes the atmosphere of a classic Japanese temple precinct, with five gracefully stacked roofs, a slender sōrin finial and delicate verandas at each level. Warm-toned wood is joined in crisp, architectural lines, recalling historic five-story pagodas seen across Japan while remaining compact enough for display in the home.

Lustrous brass appliqués embellish the doors and corner brackets, while small hanging bells chime gently from the eaves, adding movement and sound to the piece. Likely made in the mid-Showa period as a decorative architectural model or omiyage (souvenir), this pagoda is ideal as a focal point in a tokonoma, on an altar, or as a sculptural accent in a Japanese-inspired interior.
