This is an authentic modern Japanese small Hikidashi Tansu, drawers chest made of sakura, cherry bark tree which is famous craft in Kakudate in Akita prefecture.  This craft is called Kaba Zaiku. 

3 small drawers, it is ideal to use on your desk to organize various sizes of items.
