This is a vintage Japanese Rinpa style 4 panels folding screen called Byobu from Taisho period (1910's-1902's).

It has dynamic Matsu, Japanese pine painted in the center on gold background.

Japanese pine is evergreen tree which symbolizes longevity so it has been always popluar art subject.
