Vintage Japanese Pagoda Statue, Showa Era (SKU 25D-335-1)

Handcrafted multi-tier wooden pagoda in classic Showa-era style

This finely detailed vintage Japanese pagoda statue evokes the elegant silhouette of temple , with five graduated tiers rising to a ringed finial. Warm-toned wood, gently aged, is worked into sweeping hipped roofs, pierced balcony railings, and arched lattice windows that recall the quiet atmosphere of traditional Buddhist precincts.

Each level is framed by delicate openwork panels and small metal-capped corner posts, giving the piece architectural presence from every angle. Ideal as a statement accent for a tokonoma alcove, entryway, or curated wabi-sabi interior, this Showa-period model pagoda brings an authentic touch of Japanese temple architecture into the home.

As part of our mission to preserve and share Japanese craftsmanship, we offer antiques that were made not just to be admired, but to be used. These pieces were crafted for everyday life, and we honor their purpose by ensuring they can continue to be enjoyed and lived with today.

We use professional studio lighting to highlight the natural character of the wood. As a result, the tone may appear slightly warmer than under natural daylight.

All vintage and antique items are sold as-is. Each piece may exhibit signs of age, including scratches, wear, or minor imperfections. These are not considered defects but natural evidence of the item’s authenticity and age.
