This vintage Japanese go board (goban) is crafted from a single solid slab of beautifully figured wood, retaining its live edges to showcase the tree’s natural form. The 9×9 grid is crisply hand-drawn in black, centered on the surface for focused, shorter games and study play, while the warm honey tone and active grain lend the piece strong decorative presence even when not in use.
