A sculptural Showa-era bamboo hanaire with rich, timeworn patina.

This vintage Japanese flower basket is handwoven from bamboo in a rounded, gourd-like form, creating a strong presence for ikebana display. The elevated bamboo neck and dark twisted cord give the piece a refined rustic character, while the tight weaving shows careful traditional craftsmanship.
