Handwoven bamboo ikebana basket with a tall arched handle and graceful Showa-era character

This vintage Japanese flower basket is finely woven from bamboo with a warm, time-softened patina. Its tall arched handle, tapered body, and balanced form reflect the elegant restraint often seen in traditional hana-kago used for ikebana display.
