Vintage Japanese Buddhist Altra Fittings "butsugu set"(SKU 25D-262)
Heisei-era glazed ceramic butsugu set in luminous blue‑green tones
This vintage Japanese Buddhist altar fittings set comprises four coordinated pieces: a flower vase (hanaire), candle holder (rōsoku-tate), incense holder, and offering cup. Each form is gracefully balanced, with soft curves and a stable foot designed for placement on a household butsudan or small memorial altar.
The ceramic bodies are finished in a striking two-tone glaze that shifts from deep navy at the base to fresh jade green at the rim, evoking water and sky. Gentle speckling and small kiln marks add character typical of 1990s Heisei-era production, giving the set a warm, lived-in presence while remaining elegant enough for contemporary interior display.
