Pair of Vintage Japanese Bronze Candle Holders — Shōwa Era

A matched pair of solid bronze Japanese candle holders from the Shōwa period. Finely cast with traditional motifs, featuring a tall baluster form, relief-decorated midsection, and elegant tripod bases with stylized animal legs. Each has an iron spike for securing candles and a naturally aged dark patina.

Minor wear and patina variation consistent with age. Originally used for household altars or temple settings, they also serve as striking sculptural accents in contemporary interiors.
