This is a vintage Japanese bronze Okimono, figurine of Tsuru Kame, crane and turtle from early 1900's.

In Japan, these pairs are one of the most auspicious motif used for a long time. A couple of crane is a servant for hermit and turtle is an ambassador of sea god and both symbolizes longevity and happy marriage. Also, turtle shells are similar to old Japanese coin so turtle symbolizes fortune.
