This is an authentic vintage Japanese wooden mask from the mid-late 1900’s, featuring the historic male face with a wide mustache, bared, teeth, and dark eye whites.

The Mikazuki mask is worn in Japanese Noh theater to depict vengeful spirits in need of appeasement.
