Description

This is an antique Japanese Seto porcelain brazier called Hibachi from late Meiji period (1910's).

It is decorated with beautiful white flower and the lower rim has auspicious motifs of Kiri and Hoo, paulownia and phoenix. It has a stamp on the bottom.

Originally used as a hand warmer, there are multiple contemporary uses such as a planter or display.
