This vintage Japanese 2-sections Kimono Tansu, known as a Kamo Tansu, dates back to the 1970s. It is crafted primarily from Paulownia (Kirinoki) wood. The upper hinged doors open to reveal eleven removable trays among three shelves, while one large size drawer sits at the bottom. The metal handles are adorned with elegant, detailed designs, adding a refined touch to this practical storage piece.

The trays are traditionally used to store properly folded Kimono, these trays are ideal for storing sweaters, shirts, blouses and linens in today's contemporary home.

A timeless example of Japanese craftsmanship, this Kamo Tansu is both functional and visually appealing, making it an ideal addition to any home.
