Japanese Kamo Kimono Tansu 3 Section (23F-A33)
This is a mid-century authentic 3 section kimono chest called Kamo Tansu. Constructed of 100% Paulownia wood (Kirinoki), its solid wood design will provide generations with functionality and beauty.
It was made in the Niigata region of Japan and high quality Paulownia wood from the mountains of Aizu was used.
The top section with a pair of doors has sliding trays inside and small drawers.The middle and bottom sections have nice large drawers.
Originally used for the storage of kimono, this tansu works well to store linens, towels, sweaters, blouses, shirts and all forms of clothes. It would beautify any home decor as well as add storage, function, and convenience to ones daily life.
