This vintage Japanese 2-section Kimono Tansu, known as a Kamo Tansu, dates back to the 1970s. It is crafted primarily from Paulownia (Kirinoki) wood. The upper hinged doors open to reveal seven removable trays, while three large size drawers sit at the bottom. The metal handles are adorned with the motif of a pine tree, adding a refined touch to this practical storage piece.

The trays are traditionally used to store properly folded Kimono, these trays are ideal for storing sweaters, shirts, blouses and linens in today's contemporary home.

A timeless example of Japanese craftsmanship, this Kamo Tansu is both functional and visually appealing, making it an ideal addition to any home.
