This is a mid-century 2 section Japanese kimono storage chest caelld Kamo Kimono Tansu. 

The top section has 2 front doors that open to reveal removable kimono storage trays and the bottom section has three large drawers. All metals have beautiful designs.

Because this is a good quality tansu, the drawers is really thick. Its voluminous storage combined with its elegant beauty helps bridge the design of elegance and functionality.
