This is an authentic Japanese figurine/ statue/ Okimono of Otafuku / Okame made of iron.

Otafuku simply means “ a lot of happiness” and this face has been the symbol of good wishes for health and happiness. She sits happily wearing kimono, holding Ogi ,folding fan, seems like wecoming with her left hand.
