This is an authentic modern Japanese flower vase for Ikebana, flower arrangement.

This pottery is called Hakuji, white porcelain which is done by pouring a transparent glaze over white Kaolin (clay) and then firing it at a high temperature.

The rounded form and refined curves show just simple beauty instead of using distracting décor on the surface which is smooth and soft. It comes in an original wooden box.
