Vintage Japanese Ranma Transom (23M-130)
This is vintage Japanese Ranma, transom from Taisho period (1910's-1920's). It is made of Cypress (Hinoki) wood with black lacquer frame.
Transoms are used for ventilation and lighting above sliding doors between Nihon-ma, Japanese room.
Bcause of simple lattic design, this can be displayed from any angles and easy to blend in any home decor.
