Description

This is a vintage Japanese 2 section Kimono chest called Kannon Kimono Tansu from Taisho period (1910's-1920's). It was made using 100% Paulownia (Kirinoki) wood.

The top section houses 3 slide out trays behind the hinged doors and large 2 drawers on the lower section. The metals have elegant flower motif and it comes with a key.

Originally used to store Japanese Kimono. With various size of compartment, you will be able to store plenty of clothing or cloth fabrics in this Japanese tansu piece.
