
This vintage Japanese 3-section Kimono Tansu, known as a Kamo Tansu, dates back to the 1970s. It is crafted primarily from Paulownia (Kirinoki) wood. Top section has a set of sliding door, removable shelves behind. The middle section has hinged doors open to reveal seven removable trays, while various size drawers sit at the bottom.
The trays are traditionally used to store properly folded Kimono, these trays are ideal for storing sweaters, shirts, blouses and linens in today's contemporary home.
