Japanese tansu style kiri wood bar cabinet (24J-A24-C)
We repurposed the top section of a kamo tansu, custom-crafted a metal stand to raise it to a 36" counter height. The original handles were replaced with decorative plates from a vintage kimono tansu, and new knobs were installed at a convenient height. With removable trays inside, it serves beautifully as a console chest or can be converted into a bar cabinet.
drawers don't have stoppers.
Measurements: 45 1/2"W x 17 1/2"D x 36"H (height includes metal stand)
