Vintage Japanese Ko Tansu Small Chest (23O-G209)
This is a vintage Japanese Ko dansu, small chest from Taisho period (1910's-1920's). This tansu is made entirely of Paulownia (So-Kiri) wood.
It has a combination of sliding doors and drawers which allowed for various types of storage.
The compact size and combination of drawers and sliding doors makes this piece a great addition for a desk, living room, or anyplace that needs a small piece to add interest and store your various accessories.
