This is a vintage Japanese Isho Tansu, 3 section clothing chest from the Taisho ( 1910's - 1920's ) .

This piece is made of only Paulownia (Kirinoki) .

The top section with a pair of sliding doors comes with small drawers inside and the middle and the bottom sections have nice large drawers.

This chest works wonderfully for to store your clothing or bedding, also it can add charm and functionality to any area of the house.
