Antique Japanese Glass Display Tansu Kazari Mizuya 2 Section (23F-E11)

This is an antique 2 section Japanese Merchant display tansu from Late Meiji period (1890's-1910's).

It is made of Cypress (Hinoki) and Cryptomeria (Suginoki) and used as a store display to visually promote merchandise for sale.

Top section has sliding doors with a nice shef which is ideal to display various items.  Lower section also has a shelf and 3 drawers which can store and organize many pieces.
