Description

This is vintage Japanese Samurai Yoroi Kabuto, armor set from early Showa period (1920's-1940's). A Yoroi is a cavalry armor worn by samurai comprising in its basic form a Kabuto (Helmet), Menpo (Face guard), Do (Cuirass) with Kusazuri (multipart skirt pendant) and Sode (Shoulder guarts).

This Yoroi set has a family crest, Kamon on the Do, and has beautiful metalworks.

This red yoroi set comes in full set and can be displayed with a wooden stand and sits on the storage box. Excellent home decor.
