Description

This is a Japanese 4 panel room portable divider / partition screen called Tsuitate from late 1900's. 

Frame is made of cypress (Hinoki) wood in natural color which is easy to blend in any home decor. 

Imagining a large Japanese room filled with people sitting on Zabuton cushions on the floor surrounding tables, this divider was used to separate people for privacy.

It can be folded flat for convenience easy storage.
