Japanese Kamakura Bori Cha Tansu (21N-C8)

This a modern 1 section Japanese tea chest called Cha Tansu using the famous Japanese craft known as Kamakura Bori.  

The tea chest was typically used in a Japanese home in the room similar to the western living room.  It was used to keep items for casual tea service as well as storage for an assortment of items for the home.
