Antique Japanese Hibachi (21M-59)

This is an antique Japanese porcelain hibachi, brazier from late Meiji period (1890's-1910's).  It has Japanese pine trees in blue and white.

Originally used as a hand warmer, there are multiple contemporary uses for this piece such for use as a planter or for display.
